My Approach & Values
Tyler loves helping people. He finds it to be an honor to support clients and students through peaks and pits of their lives while seeing them flourish. As a first-generation college student navigating the world, he knows how difficult it can be to reach out for help. This is the first step to your healing journey. Tyler employs unconditional positive regard through non-judgement of the feeling or siltation. Tyler’s approach is holistic, person centered, relational, psychodynamic; emphasizing truama informed, attachment relations, and narrative components into talk therapy. Building a strong connection with clients is seminal and is essential to the treatment process. Tyler strives to be his most authentic self, empathic, non-judgmental, supportive, and empowering toward clients. Tyler utilizes a humanistic approach to build rapport and promote change.
